Cleaning up and shutting down

I spent several hours (over three days) going through ALL the fanlisitngs that I'm a member of. I deleted any of them that either don't exist anymore or that I'm not listed as a member of. I ended up deleteing 64 of them. Yet, I still have 8754985 million of them. I also had the change the addresses of half of them, which meant going onto thefanlisitings.org and searching for the site. But it makes me happy knowing that things are neater now.

But the whole point of this cleaning? In the coming months, I'm pretty much going to close this little ol' diary down. I'm going to progressively print out all the entries, so I will forever have them and can look back on this phase of my life sometime in the future. But the whole diary/blogging phase of my life is over. Actually, the computer part of my life is pretty much over. I barely spend any time on the computer anymore, unless it's doing school work. I'm just living in the "real" world now. My major is based in the outdoors, and thankfully, now I have the love that I knew was there but was hidden. Now, most of my time is spent outdoors. Or, I'm spending time with my boyfriend and or friends. I no longer need the computer to pass time. Hell, I barely have time for it anymore. It's just a useful tool to look up information and completely work now.

So yea, this diary will probably remain up here for as long as diaryland will allow it to be. But I'm going to take stuff down, like most of the extras and any pictures that are in entries. Fanlistings will remain up, but I'm no longer going to join any new ones. Every so often I'll go through them like I did these past few days until they are all gone (which I doubt will happen any time soon).

To any fanlistings owners, if I'm listed as a member but you don't see a button under extras -> fanlistings then just delete me off your list altogether. I have no clue how many fanlistings I either accidently deleted, either now or sometime in the past, in which they actually still exist and I'm a member of.

So, this is it for a while. I have no clue the next time I will make a post. Probably when I start removing things. Hell, everyone that used to read this diary has long stopped, mostly because everyone left diaryland for livejournal or their own sites. Either way, thanks to anyone who read any of my diary. It was such an enjoyable phase of my life. But I will say I'm glad to be moving forward with my life.
